I love this camp!

It is a very special place. Very well designed resort surrounded with tropical garden. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Great atmosphere! Varieties of luxury and budget types of accommodation. Been going here for over 10 years

My s/o and I come back year after year. LOVE the surf camp and the folks that run it. Basic, clean accomodations(we do the cabina with 1 double bed and shared bathroom)great food, laid back vibe and super relaxing. I can't imagine not coming back again and again

WOW!

This place is amazing. If you go to Costa Rica, you've got to stay at Malpais Surf Camp...even if you don't surf! Great, big and very clean cabinas. 5 minutes walk to the beach or you can also enjoy the big pool. The people are great too!

What a little nugget!! Mal Pais Surf Camp is a small professionally run resort. Real fun surfing right in font of the place at all sizes. Super friendly people and great food, clean pool. All the surfboards you need right here on premise If your in Mal Pais be sure to check it out.

Great time

Perfect mix of jungle and surf. Woken up by howler monkeys each morning, just in time to eat really good banana pancakes before surf. The owner and his two sons where very helpful and gave some really good advice for the rest of our trip. Nice and clean cabins. Definitely the place to go if you want beach, surf, great food (...)

Full of palm trees and flowers

One of the best places to stay in Costa Rica. Clean, naturally open space. many possibilities to stay,....tent, rancho, appartment...lodges....AND SUPER CLOSE TO ONE OF THE BEST SURF SPOTS. Mango trees everywhere and a great view to the monkeys on it. This place compared with other places in Santa Teresa is really jungle like. (...)
